The construction of Dunnes Stores at Point Village / Point Square in Dublin involved an extensive fit-out project within a two-floor 5,500 m² retail space in the mixed-use Point Village development, transforming a large anchor unit into a modern supermarket and lifestyle destination.

The works included installing travelators, goods lifts, comprehensive mechanical and electrical systems, multiple cold rooms and prep kitchens, and dedicated areas for deli, bakery, sushi and coffee services, all delivered in a tightly coordinated build-out to create a dynamic retail environment that enhances the urban waterfront precinct.
